Part of our Arts Council funded Symphony of the Senses Tour
Colourscape will be installed on the lawn adjacent to the Hepworth Gallery alongside Tootal Street and open from 11am to 4pm each day. Music will play inside from 11.30 to 3.30 and last admission is at 3.30pm.
Saturday July 29th at 11.30am to 3.30pm - Colours of India: A colourful symphony combining traditional and contemporary music and dance from a group of performers including Asian percussionist Ansuman Biswas and dancer Lisa Welham
Sunday July 30th at 11.30am to 3.30pm - SYMPHONY OF THE SENSES:Our new Touring show features all the senses. Come into the intense COLOUR AND LIGHT of Colourscape and hear music that represents the musical SOUNDS of the human body. Our dancer plays TOUCH-Surfaces and releases FRAGRANCES and TASTES into the flowing air within Colourscape.
This new show is funded by the Arts Council Strategic Touring Fund and has been created by composers Simon Desorgher, Lawrence Casserley, David Stevens and Michael Ormiston. With movement and fragrances created by dancer Lisa Welham and theatrical performer Francisca Picon Asensio

ADMISSION: Advance general admission, £4 Advance children under 14, £6 all ages on the day. A free session for SEN children is available, Saturday 11am.
